Everything in Social Circle is always great. This last time, however, the biscuits got pretty small and doughy. I talked to Daphne, and she said they had a new biscuit maker. One of the ladies I spoke to had already given me another biscuit. Daphne said make sure the biscuits are brown. But it will take time and I still will go back. Just let them know if you have a problem and it is always taken care of.
We had such an awesome experience! The staff were so kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was so fun! Highly recommend and we are excited to try their lunch options next!
I have been a customer of Mamie’s since I was a young boy. Some thirty odd years or so ago. They have grown from a few small locations in Lithonia and Conyers. Happy to see that they are still providing quality food and have branched out. This was my first time at this location. The staff was bubbly and polite. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Pricing is fair for the area. They serve Coca-Cola products and tea/coffee. I would definitely recommend this location for the quality of food and service. If you live nearby or are traveling through be sure to stop in for a quality country breakfast that will stick to the ribs so they say.
Boneless fried chicken is so good. Chicken and dressing shown in the pic is good. My favorite sides are mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and the field peas.
It's in a strip mall but well worth the stop for a good basic breakfast with whatever you want. I'd certainly go back. The staff was more than helpful, they were very pleasant.
Great little hidden breakfast joint in Social Circle. You feed through a line then pick up at the window and seat yourself. Everybody working there seemed very friendly. Our meal was very good and we will go back when at Hard Labor State Park in Rutledge,GA.
Hot, fresh biscuit with fast service and great staff! Truly enjoyed the classic southern biscuit and Fed 4 people for less than 20!
Was in town a couple days for an install and found this place on maps. Super nice people. I had breakfast yesterday and lunch today. Treated with southern hospitality. Glad I came.
